Event Day Coordination
This package is for the host who prefers to do all the planning themselves, but may need someone to execute those plans the day of the event. We will be there to coordinate, help with vendors and carry out all the unexpected bumps along the way. You will receive:
- A List of known vendors complimentary with contract.
- Event Countdown Consultation to help you create your timeline, decide on final details, review all contracts and ensure all services are paid for.
- Vendor confirmations two weeks before the event to review contracts and the event day schedule.
- 6 hours of coordination services the day of the event.
Event Coordination and Planning Support
For the host that is busy and needs the professional help:
- A Liaison for hired vendors.
- Attend meetings with vendors.
- Vendor service confirmations.
- Finalization of guest list.
- Create Time line and itinerary.
- 6 hours of coordination the day of the event.
