This applies to only the first appointment within the Maryland/Metro DC Area. Traveling outside this area is subject to travel cost and expenses.

Let us Handle all the details from big to small. You tell us what it is you need and we will do our best to provide you your dram event. This package includes:
 
  • Contract review and negotiation with all vendors
  • Budget set-up and maintenance
  • Venue Selection assistance and vendor referrals
  • Event Design
  • Management of RSVP's if needed
  • Up to 5 scheduled in person meetings and 3 vendor meetings
  • Communication with all vendors
  • Help with favors and gift baskets
  • Time Line and Itinerary for both bridal party and vendors
  • Direction of Rehearsal
  • We will be onsite the entire day of the wedding (this means set-up for the reception as well)
  • Wedding Day Emergency KIT
  • Distribution of flowers, boutonniers and corsages upon arrival
  • Load Gifts into designated car(s)
 
 
*The Calla*
if you want to design and handle most of the planning but still need that magic to make your special day happen then this is the package for you:
 
  • Contract review and negotiation with all vendors
  • Budget analysis and redesign if needed
  • up to 3 scheduled in person meetings (this includes vendor meetings as well)
  • Help with event design if needed
  • Vendor Referrals
  • Communication with all Vendors
  • Time line and Itinerary for both bridal party and vendors
  • Direction of rehearsal
  • Distribute flowers, corsages, and boutonniers upon arrival
  • Wedding Day Emergency KIT
  • We will be onsite the entire day of the wedding (this means set-up for the reception as well)
  • Load gifts into designated car(s)
 
 
 
* The Dahlia*
This is your basic rehearsal, ceremony and reception Coordination Package:
 
  • Contract review of all vendors
  • 1 in person meeting at the ceremony and reception locations to finalize details, at least 1-2 months prior to wedding day
  • Time line and Itinerary for both bridal party and vendors
  • Vendors referrals if needed
  • Direction of rehearsal
  • Distribution of flowers, corsages, and boutonniers upon arrival
  • Wedding Day Emergency KIT
  • We will be onsite the entire day of the wedding (this means set-up for the reception as well)
  • Load gifts into designated car(s)
 
 
***** If you are thinking of a Destination Wedding, we would love to help! We can help you find a great venue and excellent vendors, as well as the best places to stay and even help you with travel arrangements. But we will not be able to attend any interviews or meetings.
