This applies to only the first appointment within the Baltimore/Washington Metro Area. Traveling outside this area is subject to travel cost and expenses.

Platinum Package:

Let us handle all the details from big to small. You tell us what you are looking for and we will do our best to provide you dream wedding. Here is a list of what you will receive:

Contract review/negotiation.
Budget Maintenance.
Venue Selection assistance w/vendor referrals.
Helping with Event Design.
Stationary Guidance: helping with selections for ALL stationary for the entire event as well as management for RSVP's if needed.
Unlimited talk and e-mail time.
Up to 5 scheduled in person meetings.
Communications and handling all vendors.
Create time line and itinerary.
Direct the rehearsal and ceremony.
Wedding Day Emergency Kit.
Helping with favors and guest gift baskets.
Ongoing Etiquette advisement.
Tracking progress of planning, making sure everything is completed on time.
Distribute flowers, boutonniers, and corsages upon arrival.
Load gifts into designated car.
Ensure a meal to go for the newlyweds.

Diamond Package:

If you want to design and handle most of the planning but still need that magic to make it your special day, then this is the package for you:

Contract review/negotiation.
3 in person planning meeting at the ceremony and reception locations to finalize details, two months prior to the wedding. As well as unlimited phone time.
Budget analysis and redesign if needed.
Vendor referrals.
Review vendor contracts as well as confirm vendor arrival and set-up.
Distribute flowers, corsages, and boutonniers upon arrival.
Create time line and itinerary.
Planner will assist with decors final touches.
Distribute payments and gratuities to vendors if needed.
Direct rehearsal and ceremony.
Wedding Day Emergency Kit.
Coordinate reception.
Load gifts into designated car.
Ensure a meal to go for newlyweds.

Silver Package:

Your basic rehearsal, ceremony, reception coordinations.

Contract review.
2 in person planning meetings at the ceremony and reception locations to finalize details, one-two months prior to wedding.
Create time line and itinerary.
Contact all vendors and coordinate set-up, breakdown times and make sure everyone understands your beautiful envisions.
Direct the rehearsal and ceremony.
Coordinate the reception.
Wedding Day Emergency Kit.
Distribute payments to vendors.
Distribute all flowers on wedding day.
Help with the last minute touches if needed.
